Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling is only accepted 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Clients are permitted to reschedule once, and no refunds will be given. PODCAST & MEDIA GUEST RELEASE CONTRACT All guests please be aware that you are agreeing to these terms upon accepting and appearing on any podcast shows on CTR Media Network,CTR CARES, CTR Homeschooling and other entities associated with our brand. THIS CONTRACT & RELEASE INCLUDES ALL PODCASTS, TV, RADIO, AND ALL FORMS OF MEDIA. Recording. Guest agrees to participate in a recorded interview or conversation with Podcast (the “Recording”). Guest understands and agrees that the Recording may be edited or modified by Podcast, and that Podcast has sole discretion over the use and distribution of the Recording. Ownership. Podcast shall own all right, title, and interest in and to the Recording, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights therein. Guest agrees that Podcast may use the Recording in any manner and for any purpose, including without limitation, for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes. Compensation. Guest acknowledges and agrees that Guest shall not receive any compensation or other payment for Guest’s participation in the Recording or any use or distribution thereof by Podcast now or in the future. Representations and Warranties. Guest represents and warrants that: Guest has the right to enter into this Agreement and to grant the rights and licenses granted herein; Guest’s participation in the Recording will not infringe upon or violate any third-party rights, including without limitation, any intellectual property rights or privacy rights; and Guests will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with Guest’s participation in the Recording. Release. Guest hereby irrevocably grants to Podcast the right to use Guest’s name, likeness, voice, and any other attributes of Guest’s persona in connection with the Recording and video any use or distribution thereof by Podcast. Indemnification. Guest shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Podcast Your Obligation: By booking any session with us, you acknowledge and agree that you are bound by the terms outlined in the attached NDA & Coaching Terms.
